The 2005 vintage was one of great extremes. The result at harvests was thick skins and great flavors at moderate alcohol. The wine was aging in French oak barrel for 16 months. Full-bodied dry red wine in rich ruby red color. Spiced apple, exotic plum and green tea nose. On palate, red-fruit flavors of cherry, raspberry and plum are accented by cedar and roasted almond notes. The wine is rich and complex with persistent black fruits in length.
