Tasting Note：

Trotanoy has historically been one of the great wines of Pomerol and all of Bordeaux. Since 1976, Trotanoy has been the quality equivalent of a second growth. This is an expensive wine because it is highly regarded by connoisseurs the world over.
Full-bodied dry red wine in dark ruby color. Aromas of earth, mocha, notes of toffee and cherry. Sufficient tannins texture, intense plum, dried herbs, spice, currants fruits and toasty oak. Persistent black berries and notes of earth in length.

Braised abalone, Kobe beef, Rack of lamb, Roquefort cheese
