Tasting Note：

Canon has become one of the greatest Grand Cru in Saint-Emilion. Full-bodied dry red wine in deep ruby red color. It displays hints of vanilla, blackberry and dried herbs. Moderate tannins structure intermixed with truffle, chocolate, tobacco leaf, dark cherry and hints of toasty oak. Persistent ripe black fruits in lingering finish.
