Tasting Note：

The must is fermented between 24-26℃. Maceration process take place between 1 and 10 days in stainless steel tanks. Malolatic fermentation follows. Medium-bodied dry red wine in dark ruby color. Aromas of strawberry and blackberry. Rounded tannins texture with a notes of spice and chocolate. Pleasant wine in fruity finish.
