Tasting Note：

A low temperature fermentation assures the transformation of sugars into alcohol without damaging the aromas obtained at first stage. Medium-bodied dry red wine in ruby color. Aromas of red berries, spice, blackcurrant and strawberry. Soft tannins texture intermixed with currants fruits, prune and pepper. Round and elegant wine in fruity after taste.
